The Assistant Manager, DE&I, Culture and Community will have the opportunity to help drive initiatives that further strengthen a culture of inclusion and belonging.
The Assistant Manager will execute and deliver best in class diversity, equity, and inclusion learning and development opportunities that align to enterprise DE&I priorities and lead efforts to integrate DE&I into existing learning and development programs.
The Assistant Manager will also assist in internal DE&I consulting work across the organization with the goal to embed DE&I into all that we do at the USGA.
This individual will be adept at strategic forward thinking, using data to inform solutions, business writing, problem solving, relationship management, and collaboration.
What you'll do:
Partner with the DE&I Leadership Team and Employee Resource Groups to assist with programing, and logistics, as needed.
Help to manage and provide guidance to Employee Resource Group initiatives to drive membership and employee engagement and to ensure that they are functioning to advance DEI strategy.
Provide support to the Human Resources department on the implementation of HR initiatives, particularly those focused on DE&I, culture, community, and employee engagement Support the Employee Journey team in facilitating employee programs, e.

, New Hire Tee Off, New Employee orientations Support the Talent Acquisitions and DEI Leadership team in building relationships with external partnerships focused on future talent and DE&I Track internal diversity metrics, including overseeing related surveys and providing statistical analysis as requested Organize and maintain DE&I data, including event attendance, success rates of initiatives, general timelines, and historical programming Assist with the logistics of all in-house and external diversity related programs, speakers, and educational sessions Help to enhance DEI education efforts, including the development and facilitation of new workshops, training, tools and resources for field based DEI champions Conduct research and stay current on Diversity best practices and new Diversity programs and initiatives Where you'll be:
This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule.
Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday.
What you bring to the USGA:

years of related experience Excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to communicate with various levels.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage & connect to diverse groups and individuals.
Microsoft Office Suite Experience, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Smartsheet.
Experience working with Employee Resource Groups or other volunteer groups is a plus The United States Golf Association is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
